שבר מראש מסמך מדינה בכתב ערבי. כולל בסמלה, אולי שריד של תרג'מה בפינה העליונה השמאלית, ושתי שורות מהפתיחה. השורה השנייה כוללת ברכות סטנדרטיות לח'ליפה (אמיר אל-מומינין) ולאבותיו ובניו. שימוש חוזר ברקטו לפיוט.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Fragment from the top of a state document in Arabic script. There is a basmala, possibly a remnant of a tarjama at upper left, and two lines from the beginning. The second line contains the standard blessings for the caliph (amīr al-muʾminīn) and his ancestors and descendants. Reused on recto for piyyuṭ.
