דיווח של פקיד פאטמי, שככל הנראה נשלח מצור. תיארוך: ככל הנראה 1109 לסה"נ (1108 לסה"נ אפשרי אך פחות סביר). נכתב על רוטולוס, שלפי ההערכה היה במקור באורך כ-3 מטרים, מתוכם נשתמרו כאן כ-1.7 מטרים. הדיווח עוסק בין השאר באירועים בטריפולי בעקבות בריחתו של פח'ר אלמלכ אבן עמאר (השוו T-S AS 153.176 + T-S AS 153.177), זמן קצר לפני נפילת טריפולי בידי הצלבנים. המסמך דומה לדיווח אחר אל אלמלכ אלאפצ'ל שנשתמר אף הוא בגניזה, ואשר מהדורתו ההדירה ג'פרי ח'אן. בין הנושאים הרבים שנידונים במסמך: בקשה לשליחת צי פאטמי לעזרת טריפולי; הסברים על כך שאבן עמאר היה אויבם של בני העם, של הנכבדים (אלמקדמין) של טריפולי ושל המדינה הפאטמית; כיצד הבוגד אלשריף אלעריצ'י שיגר לאבן עמאר סודות מדינה (אח'באר אלדולה), עד שסיף אלמלכ בן עלון הורה לעצור אותו; דיווח על סירה ובה עשרים ושניים גברים ונשים שהגיעה מעכא (עכו) שבשליטת הצלבנים, לאחר שהצליחו להיכנס אל העיר על חומותיה באמצעות חבל; בעלי הסירה מוסרים כי מהנד בן ע'ות' שב לג'בל עאמל(ה) ולכפר ברעם, ושם הוא משרת את הצלבנים וחי בקרבם; סכסוך דמים בין בני חדאת'א (حداثا בלבנון של ימינו) ובין שכניהם בני שבח'תאן, מהומה שהשלטונות במקום שליחת הדיווח נאלצו לטפל בה; וכן דברים הקשורים בגדודי צבא (אלמולדה ואלסוד, "השחורים"), מסים והצלבנים. בצד הוורסו מופיעה תפילה בעברית — הבקשה השנייה של רב סעדיה גאון. הקטע T-S NS 125.135 (PGPID 23587) מהווה צירוף לתפילה שבצד הוורסו, אך לא לדיווח שבצד הרקטו. עדיין חסרים כמה קטעים נוספים מן המסמך.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Report from a Fatimid official, probably sent from Tyre. Dating: most likely 1109 CE (1108 CE possible but less likely). Written on a rotulus, estimated to have originally measured ~3 meters, of which ~1.7 meters are preserved here. The report has to do in part with the events in Tripoli following the flight of Fakhr al-Mulk Ibn ʿAmmār (cf. T-S AS 153.176 + T-S AS 153.177) and shortly before the fall of Tripoli to the Crusaders. The document resembles another report to al-Malik al-Afḍal also preserved in the Geniza, T-S 16.114 + T-S 24.57 + T-S AS 11.383 + T-S AS 146.195, edited by Geoffrey Khan (ALAD doc. 111). Among many other matters, it discusses: a request for a Fatimid fleet to come to the aid of Tripoli; how Ibn ʿAmmār was an enemy of the people and of the notables (muqaddamīn) of Tripoli and of the Fatimid state; how the traitorous al-Sharīf al-ʿArīḍī had been sending Ibn ʿAmmār state secrets (akhbār al-dawla) until Sayf al-Mulk b. ʿAllūn ordered the former to be detained; how a boat containing twenty-two men and women arrived from Crusader-ruled ʿAkkā (Acre) after letting themselves into the city over its walls by rope; how those newcomers report that Muhannad b. Ghawth had returned to Jabal ʿĀmil(a) and Kafr Birʿim, where he now serves the Franks and lived among them; a blood feud between Banū Ḥaddāthā (حداثا in present-day Lebanon) and the neighboring Banū Shabakhtān, a disruption that the authorities in the sender’s location had to manage; and something to do with army regiments (al-muwallada and al-sūd, "the blacks"), taxes, and Franks. On verso there is a Hebrew prayer (the second baqqasha of Seʿadya Gaon). T-S NS 125.135 (PGPID 23587) is a join for the prayer on verso but not for the report on recto. There are still several fragments missing. The significance of this document and all of the joins were identified and catalogued on PGP by Alan Elbaum between 2020 and 2022.
