רקטו: פתק לאבו אלמחאסן, ובו בקשה להדרכה בעניין אישי (ככל הנראה בקשר לשאלה המופיעה בוורסו), הכולל גם את העובדה ש"היא הביאה 33 וחצי". הכותב מבקש מענה מהיר. ורסו: שאלה הלכתית בכתב ידו של שלמה ב"ר אליהו אל אברהם מימוני, הנושא את התואר נגיד (לאחר 1213 לסה"נ), בעניין אדם המתגורר עם אשתו בבית יחד עם גבר נוסף, וחושד באשתו ובשותף לדיור שמנהלים רומן ביניהם, ועל כן מבקש לעבור דירה, אך אשתו מסרבת לשתף פעולה עם תוכניותיו.

The writer asks for a quick reply. Verso: legal query in the hand of Shelomo b. Elijah to Abraham Maimonides, with the title Nagid (post-1213 CE), concerning a man who lives with his wife in a house together with another man and suspects his wife and the housemate of having an affair, and therefore wants to move out, but the wife is refusing to go along with his plans.
