תחתית שטר שחרור שנכתב ונחתם על ידי [מבור]ך ב' נתן החבר (1150-1181). נחתם גם על ידי שלה ב' שמואל הלוי. לא ברור אם נשמרו פרטים.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Bottom of a deed of release written and signed by [Mevor]akh b. Natan he-Ḥaver (1150–81). Also signed by Shela b. Shemuel ha-Levi. Unclear if any of the details are preserved.
