מכתב מרופא אל כהן ובו הבעת תודה על דברי תנחומים. בסיומו של המכתב הוא רושם מרשם לצמיחת שיער על עור שבו אין שיער צומח. המכתב כתוב ביהודית-ערבית, אך הרופא פותח את המרשם בשורה אחת בערבית. המרשם, על פי תרגומו של גויטיין: "ייקח עורב שחור. יישרף, ייכתש ויילוש בשמן, וימרח על המקום שבו לא צומח שיער. ובעזרת האל, השיער יצמח".
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter from a physician to a Kohen expressing thanks for condolences. At the end he writes a prescription for the growing of hair on skin where none would grow. The letter is in Judaeo-Arabic, but he introduces the prescription with a line of Arabic. (Information from Mediterranean Society, I, 253, 578.) "Let a black raven be taken.
