מכתב מאוחר ביהודית-ערבית מקארו אי פרנסס ושות' אל משה ביבאס. יוצא דופן, שכן רוב ההתכתבות השמורה היא מביבאס לקארו אי פרנסס. המכתב מסביר שמעון פרנסס עייף ומאוכזב מביבאס ואיים להפסיק את קשר העסקים, אולם מרקאדו קארו ('וכל החברה') שכנעו אותו להמשיך בינתיים. דורש בדיקה נוספת.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Late letter in Judaeo-Arabic from Karo y Frances & Company to Moshe Bibas. Unusual, since the vast majority of their correspondence that has been preserved is from Moshe Bibas to Karo y Frances. The letter seems to be explaining that Shimʿon Frances is sick and tired of Bibas and has threatened to suspend their business relationship, however Merkado Karo ("and the entire company") have prevailed upon him to continue the relationship for now. Needs further examination.
