קבלת שכר דירה המאשרת את תשלומו של אב[רהם] גאטניו בסך 50 קורוש במהלך החודשים כסלו וטבת. ייתכן שהקבלה הוצאה עבור נכס שהוחזק בקודש של קהילת ה"מצריים" (אלמצריין), ועל כן נחתמה או הוטבעה בחותמת על ידי פקיד קהילתי בשם ישועה זין. מאחר שהמסמך מזכיר את הקורוש העות'מאני, מטבע שלא היה בשימוש נרחב לפני שנת 1703, ניתן לשער שזמנו במאה השמונה-עשרה או התשע-עשרה — אומדן התואם גם את הפלאוגרפיה של הכתב.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Rent receipt, confirming Av[raham] Gatenio's payment of 50 kuruş during the months of Kislev and Tevet. This receipt may have been issued for a property that was held in the qodesh of the "Maṣrīyīn" congregation and was thus signed/stamped by a communal official Yeshūʿa Zeyn. Given that the Ottoman kuruş is mentioned, which was not in wide circulation until after 1703, it is possible to estimate this document's dating as eighteenth- or nineteenth-century (the paleography also matches this designation).
