שטר מכר קראי. עובדיה בן גדליה פיירוז רוכש פרוזדור ואולם עליון מן האלמנה אסתיתא ושתי בנותיה (ששמותיהן אינם מצוינים) מבעלה המנוח אהרון רופא. השטר נושא את התאריך יום שני, ב' באדר ה'תמ"ו (1686). הסופר ברוך רופא וכמה עדים נוספים חתמו על המסמך, ובהם: שמואל ברכה, משה חזן, ישועה רופא, רחמים [ברכה] (ראו שורה 17), יוסף מעמאר, ויוסף ____(?).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Karaite purchase deed. Ovadya b. Gedalyah Feyruz is buying a lobby and upper hall from the widow Estīta and her two unnamed daughters from her predeceased husband Aharon Rofe. Dated Monday, Adar 2nd 5446 AM (1686 CE). The scribe Barūkh Rofe and several others signed as witnesses, namely: Shemuʾel Berakha, Moshe Ḥazan, Yeshūʿa Rofe, Raḥamīm [Berakha] (see l. 17), Yosef Miʿmār, Yosef ____(?).
