Princeton Geniza Project description: Decorated Karaite ketubba from Cairo. Date: 12 Sivan 5570 AM (1810 CE). The groom is Shelomo b. Eliyyahu Ḥazan. The bride is Esther known as 'Aziza b. Eliyyahu. The groom's signature notes that he signed the ketubba in his home. The bride's father was deceased at the time of the wedding therefore her uncle serves as her legal representative.
