שטר אירוסין קראי. תאריך: יום שני ח' אדר א' ה'שצ"ח (1638 לספירה). מרדכי ב' אלעזר ב' אהרון מאורס לאסתר בת יעקב ב' אברהם. בשונה מרוב מסמכי האירוסין הקראיים המוקדמים מהתקופה המודרנית המוקדמת, שבהם 'אסתר' מופיעה כחלק מנוסחת הכבוד, נראה שאסתר הוא כאן שמה הפרטי של הכלה. תשלומי הנישואין של החתן: 50 כסף + 200 מדין + 1000 מדין.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Karaite betrothal deed. Dated Monday, 8th Adar I 5398 AM (1638 CE). Mordekhay b. El'azar b. Aharon betroths Esther bt. Ya'aqov b. Avraham. Unlike most Karaite early modern betrothal documents, where Esther appears as part of the nomenclature formula honorifics, it appears the bride's given name is Esther in this case. The groom's marital payments are listed as: 50 kesif + 200 medin + 1000 medin. MCD.
