פתק קצר בכתב ידו של ידותון הלוי (פעיל סוף המאה ה-12 ותחילת המאה ה-13). מדווח ששלח 7.5 מפריט מסוים עם אבו אל-מופצ'ל, 4 גדולים ו-3 קטנים. בצד ב' שרידי כמה מילים בכתב ערבי ממסמך קודם ולא קשור.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Short note in the hand of Yedutun ha-Levi (active late 12th and early 13th century). Reporting that he has sent 7.5 of a certain item with Abū l-Mufaḍḍal, 4 large and 3 small. On verso there are the remnants of a few words in Arabic script, probably from an earlier, unrelated document.
