סיום הצהרה משפטית, שנכתבה וחתומה על ידי אברהם ב' יצחק התלמיד וחתומה גם על ידי עלי ב' יחיא הכהן. יוצאת דופן שכן כמעט אין בה ניסוח משפטי, והסידור דומה לרשומות מעדות ולא למסמך מלוטש. בראש: 'ר' יוסף נשאל על כך ואמר...' נראה שסדרת אנשים נשאלת בנוגע לסכסוך ותשובותיהם נרשמות. אינו ממוספר דיגיטלית.
Princeton Geniza Project description: End of a legal declaration, written and signed by Avraham b. Yiṣḥaq ha-Talmid and also signed by ʿEli b. Yaḥyā ha-Kohen (both signed other documents together in the 1090s). It is unusual as it contains almost no legal verbiage, and the arrangement resembles notes from a deposition rather than a polished document. At the top: “R. Yosef was asked about this and he said. . . .” It seems that a series of people are asked concerning a dispute, and their responses are noted down, including who owes money to whom and who is not owed anything.
