מכתב בערבית יהודית בנוסח מכובד ביותר. הכותב מתלונן שהוצאו עליו דיבות, ומבקש מן הנמען לכתוב לאבו כת'יר אפרים בן משולם (פעיל 1142–1159) שיעיד כי הכותב הוא איש ישר וכי המוציאים עליו שם רע אינם יראי אלוהים.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter in Judaeo-Arabic, very deferential. The writer has been slandered by somebody and wishes the addressee to write to Abū Kathīr Efrayim b.
