קטע קטן. גם הדף האחורי וגם הדף הקדמי מכילים מסמכים משפטיים, כל אחד כתוב על ידי סופר אחר. בדף הקדמי מוזכרים נישואין ואירוסין, אך רק מעט טקסט נשתמר. בדף האחורי מסמך משפטי נוסף, כנראה שנכתב על ידי חלפון ב. מנשה הלוי (תאריך: 1100-1138) אך רק מעט טקסט נשתמר.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Small fragment. Both verso and recto containing legal documents, each written by a different scribe. On recto marriage and betrothal are mentioned, but only little text is preserved. On verso another legal document, probably written by Halfon b. Menashshe Halevi (Date: 1100-1138) but only little text is preserved. AA
