ככל הנראה דו"ח רשמי. נזכר בו האמיר עפיף אלדולה מתולי אלבאב (=צאחב אלבאב = אלוזיר אלצגיר = ראש החצרנים). המסמך כתוב בכתב יד צ'נסרי רשלני מאוד ומביע את געגועי הכותב אל הנמען וכן פגישה עם החצרן הנזכר לעיל. החלק שבו המסמך קטוע לכיוון התחתית עשוי להכיל סעיף רעיי (raʿyy). דורש בחינה נוספת. בצדו האחורי של המסמך מופיעים חשבונות בכתב ערבי, אף הם בעלי מראה רשמי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Likely an official report. Mentions al-Amīr ʿAfīf al-Dawla Mutawallī al-Bāb (=Ṣāḥib al-Bāb = al-Wazīr al-Ṣaghīr = 'head chamberlain'). The document is written in a very sloppy chancery hand and expresses longing of the writer to the addressee and a rendezvous with the aforementioned chamberlain. The part where the document is cut-off towards the bottom might contain a raʿyy clause. Needs further examination. On verso there are accounts in Arabic script, also official-looking.
