מסמך משפטי שנכתב ונחתם על ידי אברהם ב' שמעיה. מקום: פסטאט. תאריך: יום חמישי, כ"א אלול 1404 סלאוקי = 15 בספטמבר 1093 לספירה. סעדיה ב' אלעזר תובע את אחיו שלה בגין גניבת ספרי הרפואה שלו וחפצי ערך אחרים (כסף, בגדים ו-50 ליטרות כספית) ממחבואם (מטמורה) ומכירתם באלכסנדריה. שלה מכחיש זאת בתוקף. המסמך נחתם גם על ידי עלי ב' יחיא הכהן. בגב יש תוספת שנכתבה כמה ימים לאחר מכן (ככל הנראה יום שני כ"ו אלול) המתארת את המשך האירועים.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document written and signed by Avraham b. Shemaʿya. Location: Fustat. Dated: Thursday, 21 Elul 1404 Seleucid = 15 September 1093 CE. In which Saʿadya b. Elʿazar sues his brother Shela for stealing his medical books and other valuables (money, clothes, and 50 pounds of mercury) from their hiding place (maṭmūra) and selling them in Alexandria. Shela flatly denies this. The document is also signed by ʿEli b. Yaḥyā ha-Kohen. On verso there is an addendum written a few days later (it seems Monday the 26th of Elul) describing what happened next; needs further examination.
