מכתב או עצומה אל וזיר, אפשר שאל-אפצ'ל. שרדו כשלושה שורות מפתיחת השבחים. נעשה בו שימוש חוזר בצד הרקטו לשירה המיוחסת ל(יהודה?) הלוי ולרבי אברהם המנוח (אבן עזרא לפי FGP).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter or petition to a vizier, possibly al-Afḍal. Approximately three lines are preserved from the opening praises ("... al-Afḍaliyya... Kāfil Quḍāt al-Muslimīn wa-Hādī Duʿāt al-Muʾminīn..."). Reused on recto for poetry attributed to (Yehuda?) ha-Levi and to the late R. Avraham (Ibn ʿEzra per FGP).
