שטר גירושין (גט), ממחלה אל-כבירה. שם הבעל מועמר ב. טוביה. האישה מ[ל]י[ח]ה? בת מעלי. חתום על ידי נסים ב. שילה (שחתם גם על TS 16.140 משנת 1121) ויהודה ב. אלעזר, שגם כתב את המסמך. בגב אישור שהגט נמסר לאישה, חתום על ידי יהודה ב. אלעזר ושלמה ב. צדקה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Bill of divorce (get), from Mahalla al-Kabirah. The husband's name is Mu'amar b. Tuviah. The wife [Ma]l[ih]a? d. Ma'ali. Signed by Nissim b. Shiloh (signed also on TS 16.140 from 1121) and Yehuda b. El'azar, who also wrote the document. On verso an approval that the get was delivered to the wife, sigend by Yehuda b. El'azar and Shelomo b. Zedaqa. AA
