פנקס בית דין. צוואת שכיב מרע. מתוארכת ליום רביעי, י"ח בניסן א'תצ"ג למניין השטרות = 24 במרץ 1182. המצווה: אבו אלפרג' בן משה אבן אלכלאם. הוא מוריש לאשתו, בת דודו מצד אמו, שליש מבית, בתנאי שלא תינשא בשנית. אם תינשא — תקבל רק את מה שעדיין חייב לה ממוהר האיחור (המתנת הנישואין הדחויה). האיש היה חייב 2.5 דינרים לרמב"ם, 4 1/6 דינרים לאלשיח' אלמופק (אולי הרופא אבן ג'מיע) עבור מס הגולגולת (ג'אליה) ששולם בעבורו, דינר אחד ו-12 דירהמים למשורר והדיין אבן סנאא אלמלכ, 4 דינרים לפקיה אבן צולה, ו-5 דירהמים לאבו אלח'יר אלחיפי. נכתב ונחתם בידי שמואל בן סעדיה הלוי, וחתום גם בידי אלעזר בן מיכאל. המסמך תורגם ונדון בהרחבה במאמרו של גויטיין על חוג הרמב"ם–אבן סנאא אלמלכ, שבו ניתחת הצהרת שכיב מרע זו ממרץ 1182, אשר חושפת את מערכת היחסים והקשרים הכלכליים בין דמויות מרכזיות בקהילה היהודית והאסלאמית במצרים בתקופה זו.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Court register. Bodl. MS heb. f 56/45r: Deathbed will. Dated: Wednesday, 18 Nisan 1493 Seleucid = 24 March 1182 CE. Testator: Abū l-Faraj b. Moshe Ibn al-Kallām. He leaves to his wife, the daughter of his maternal uncle, one third of a house, if she does not marry again. If she does, she will receive only what was still due to her from the delayed matrimonial gift. This man owed 2 1/2 dinars to Maimonides, 4 1/6 dinars to al-Shaykh al-Muwaffaq (possibly the physician Ibn Jumayʿ) for a capitation tax paid on his behalf, 1 dinar and 12 dirhams to the poet and judge Ibn Sanāʾ al-Mulk, 4 dinars to the faqīh Ibn Ṣawla, and 5 dirhams to Abū l-Khayr al-Ḥayfī.
