דף כפול. באחד מ-4 העמודים נותר שריד מסוף שטר משפטי יהודי (שמורים קצות 4 שורות בלבד). בשלושת העמודים האחרים ישנם חשבונות רבים בכתב ערבי ובספרות יווניות/קופטיות.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Bifolio. On 1 of the 4 pages, there is the remnant of the end of a Jewish legal record (the ends of 4 lines are preserved). On the other 3 pages, there are copious accounts in Arabic script and Greek/Coptic numerals.
