מכתב משפחתי בכתב ערבי. כמעט כל מה שנותר (8 השורות הראשונות) מורכב מביטויים מוסכמים של געגוע. השולח מודיע לנמען שהילדים (אל-ציביאן) בריאים ושלמים.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Family letter. In Arabic script. Almost all of what remains (the first 8 lines) consists of formulaic expressions of longing. The sender informs the addressee that the children (al-ṣibyān) are well.
