חוזה גביית מסים (ד'מאן) מתקופת הח'ליף אל-מֻסְתַנְצִר. מוזכר בו פקיד מדינה בתואר כאפי אל-דַּוְלה. מוזכרים שני שערים של קהיר; שמו של אחד מהם בלבד נשמר — באב אל-זֻוַיְלה. נעשה בו שימוש חוזר בגב הדף לפיוט עברי הבנוי סביב המושג 'קדוש' (קדוש, קדושים).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Tax collection (ḍamān) contract from the era of the caliph al-Mustanṣir. Mentions a state official by the title of Kāfī al-Dawla. Mentions two gates of Cairo; only the name of one, Bāb al-Zuwayla, is preserved. Reused on verso for Hebrew piyyuṭ built on the term "holy" (qadosh, qedoshim).
