צד פנים (שימוש משני): הסכם משפטי. יוסף בן סעדיה אל-אנטאכי ערב עבור איברהים בן אזהר. מוזכר נֻצַיר בן פַהְד. שימוש קודם: חשבונות בכתב ערבי, כנראה רשמיים. ככל הנראה קשור למקנה, למשל בצד הפנים — "569 ראשים" ובגב הדף רשומות על כבשות וסוסים/כבשים זכרים.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto (secondary use): Legal agreement. Yosef b. Saʿadya al-Anṭākī stands security for Ibrāhīm b. Azhar. Mentions Nuṣayr b. Fahd. (Information in part from Goitein's index card.) Earlier use: Accounts in Arabic script, possibly official. There are some remnants both on recto and on verso. Probably involving livestock, e.g. on recto, "569 heads" and on verso entries for ewes (niʿāj) and male (horses? sheep?) (fuḥūl).
