דף מתוך פנקס בית דין, בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה הלוי. הדף כולל שתי רשומות. ברקטו: רישום של סכסוך משפטי בין אבו נצר בן אפרים, "המכונה כת'יר העזתי", לבין אחיו אבו אסחאק. נושא המחלוקת הוא חפצי בית מסוימים ודרהמים שהאחים ירשו מאמם. הרישום מתוארך לתמוז 1443 לשטרות = יולי 1132. השורות 2–3 של הוורסו הן המשך הרקטו. בוורסו: רישום בית דין נוסף הנושא את הכותרת "בת הוחשה", המתוארך לשנת 1444 לשטרות = 1132/33 לסה"נ. הרישום עוסק במכירת מחצית מבית בקצר אלשמע על ידי אישה [...] בת פהד, אשתו של אבו אלפרג' אבן אלמליג'י, לסת גזאל בת סבאע בן יהודה אלדמשקי, אשתו של אברהם הכהן אבן אלתואן.

Efrayim 'known as Kathīr the Gazaite' and his brother Abū Isḥāq. The object of litigation: some household goods and dirhams inherited from the brothers' mother. Dated Tammuz 1443 = July 1132.
