רקטו: הוראות בערבית-יהודית להכנת תרופות (כנראה מתוך פנקס מרשמים), ובהן אזכור של מי ורדים זכים. ורסו: בחלק העליון של הדף ממשיכות ההוראות מהרקטו. בחלק התחתון מופיעה רשימה של שמות וסחורות לצד מספרים בעברית. למשל: אלרﺋﻴﺲ; ﻏﻨﺎﺋﻢ (1); אבו זהר (1); שותפו (½); צדוק(?) (1.2); אב[רהם?]; אלכלאם (מומחה לטיפול בפצעים); עמראן אלחכים (5 דרהמים); מעאפא. בתחתית הדף מופיעה המילה שמעה (שעווה/נר) ולצידה '4'. אין זה ברור האם הרשימה הזו קשורה כלל למרשם הרפואי (או למרשמים) שלפניה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto: Instructions in Judaeo-Arabic for the preparation of drugs (appears to be from a booklet of recipes), mentioning pure rose water. (Information from FGP.) Verso: The upper section is a continuation of recto. The lower section then lists various names and goods along with Hebrew numerals. E.g., al-Rayyis; Ghanāʾim (1); Abū Zahr (1); his partner (1/2); Ṣadoq(?) (1.2); Av[raham?]; al-Kallām (wound specialist); ʿImrān al-Ḥakīm (5 dirhams); Muʿāfā. At the bottom the word shamʿa (wax/candle) appears followed by '4.' It's not clear whether this list has anything to do with the preceding medical recipe(s).
