רשומת בית דין קרועה שנכתבה ונחתמה על ידי חלפון בן מנשה הלוי (1100–1138), וחתומה גם על ידי יצחק בן שמואל הספרדי (פעיל עד כ-1132 לספירה). עוסקת בבית, באב המעניק מתנה לבתו, ואולי באדם בשם יפת.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Torn court record written and signed by Halfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi (1100–38), also signed by Yiṣḥaq b. Shmuel the Spaniard (active until ca. 1132 CE). Regarding a house, a father making a gift to a daughter, and maybe someone named Yefet (l. 1).
