שטר שכירות. המקום: אלכסנדריה. התאריך: יום חמישי, כ"ב בתמוז שנת [ה']שנ"ה לבריאת העולם = 29 ביוני 1595. יעקב קסטרו משכיר ליוסף לוחמית. חתומים על השטר משה אג'ימאן (המופיע גם במסמך נוסף וכן כעד במסמך נוסף) וחיים אלאשקר. ייתכן שחתימה שלישית חסרה לאורך הקרע בפרגמנט. (המידע מאברהם דוד דרך FGP.) בשורות 2–3 מוזכר בית הכנסת עזוז שבאלכסנדריה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Rental deed. Location: Alexandria. Dated: Thursday, 22 Tammuz [5]355 AM = 29 June 1595 CE. Yaʿaqov Castro is renting to Yosef Loḥamit. Signed by Moshe Ajiman (appears also in ENA NS 54.18 (PGPID 11384) and appears as a witness in T-S AS 146.129 (PGPID 21479)) and Hayyim al-Ashqar.
