דו"ח (התכתבות רשמית של המדינה). שמורות 6 שורות מהחלק האמצעי. מתייחס לקבלות פנים אצל הח'ליף, האמיר וג'יה אל-דוולה, ולמישהו הנוסע מרמלה לדמשק דרך בניאס ו(לאחר מכן?) לצידון. נעשה בו שימוש חוזר ברקטו לפיוט.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Report (official state correspondence). 6 lines from the middle section are preserved. Refers to audiences with the caliph, the amīr Wajīh al-Dawla, and someone traveling from Ramla to Damascus via Banyas and (then?) to Sidon. Reused on recto for piyyuṭ.
