סוף מכתב רשמי בכתב ערבי. "...פִּימַא יַחְתַּאג' אִלַיְהִ..." לאחר מכן חַמְדַּלָה וצַלְוַלָה. נעשה בו שימוש חוזר לפיוט עברי, כנראה על ידי אותו סופר שעשה שימוש חוזר ב-T-S NS 111.63 ובאחרים (ראה Joins Suggestions).
Princeton Geniza Project description: End of an official letter in Arabic script. "...fīmā yaḥtāj ilayh..." then a ḥamdala and ṣalwala. Reused for Hebrew piyyuṭ probably by the same scribe who reused T-S NS 111.63 and others (see Joins Suggestions).
