הכרזת חרם על כל מי שחייב כסף בכל צורה שהיא לאבו ל-ח'יר אל-צ'ירפי הידוע בשם אבן ח'לפה ואינו מוסרו לבנו אבו סעיד ב. אבו ל-ח'יר (מופיע גם ב-T-S 12.60 (PGPID 7140)), ועל כל מי שיש בידו עדות רלוונטית ואינו מביאה לפני בית הדין. "יהיה ארור לאלהי ישראל וכו', לאחר שספר התורה ילובש שחורים (sawād) ויתקעו בשופר." נראה כידו של סופר בית הדין יוסף ב. שמואל ב. סעדיה הלוי (כ-1181–1209). השורה האחרונה השמורה והגב כתובים בכתב יד שונה, לכאורה באותו תוכן אך עם קללות חמורות יותר.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Declaration of a ban of excommunication against anyone who owes money in any form to Abū l-Khayr al-Ṣayrafī known as Ibn Khalfa and does not hand it over to his son Abū Saʿīd b. Abū l-Khayr (appears also in T-S 12.60 (PGPID 7140)), and against anyone who has relevant testimony and does not bring it to the attention of the court. "He will be cursed to the God of Israel etc., after the Torah scroll is dressed in black (sawād) and the shofar is blown." Looks like the hand of the court scribe Yosef b. Shemuel b. Saʿadya ha-Levi (ca.1181–1209). The last preserved line and verso are in a different hand, apparently with the same content but with stronger curses.
