כתובה מאוחרת. מן התאריך נשתמר רק סוף השנה – 36 –. שם החתן הוא שמואל (שורה 11) וסכום דינרים מופיע בשורה 12. על פי הפלאוגרפיה, המאה הסבירה ביותר עבור השנה __36 לבריאת העולם היא ה'רל"ו, שהיא 1475/76 לספירה. שרידי המילה מאתיים עשויים להיות נראים בתאריך המקוטע בשורה 1, אך קריאה זו אינה ודאית.
Princeton Geniza Project description: A late ketubba. From the date only the end of the year-36- is preserved.The groom's name is Shemuʾel (l.11) and a sum of dinars is listed in line 12. Based on the paleography, the most likely century for the year __36 AM is 5236 which is 1475/76 CE. The remnants of the word מאתיים may be visible in the fragmented date from line 1 but this reading is tentative.
