שרידים מתחילת כתובה. שם אבי הכלה מנג׳א הפרנס (ז׳׳ל) והחתן הוא ישוע הלוי. קיימת תוספת מאוחרת בצד ב' בערבית-יהודית המזכירה מספרים, ומתחתיה כתב ערבי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Fragment from the beginning of a kettuba. The bride's father's name is Munajjā ha-Parnas (ZL) and the groom is Yeshuʿa ha-Levi. There is a later addendum on verso in Judaeo-Arabic, mentioning numbers, with Arabic script underneath.
