כתובה (חוזה נישואין), נוסח פורמולרי, שנמצאה בתוך סידור תפילה בנוסח ארץ ישראל. החוברת מכילה גם נוסחאות פורמולריות לגט אישות ולהנחיות הבעל לסופר ולעדים בנוגע לכתיבת הגט ומסירתו. במקום ציון מקום מפורש, נוסח הגט מציין: "עיר פלונית, הסמוכה לצוען מצרים (=פוסטאט), היושבת על נהר הנילוס". בחוברת מופיע גם פיוט המוקדש ל"אדוננו אביתר (בן אליהו)", שכיהן כגאון בשני העשורים האחרונים של המאה האחת-עשרה. אחד-עשר דפים נוספים מאותה חוברת נמצאים בכתב יד אחר. המידע מבוסס על מרדכי עקיבא פרידמן.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Ketubba (marriage contract), formulary, found inside of a Palestinian prayerbook. The booklet also contains formularies for a bill of divorce and the husband's instructions to the scribe and witnesses for issuing that deed. For the location, the bill of divorce gives "City X, adjacent to Ẓoʿan Miẓrayim (=Fustat), which is situated on the river Nile." There is also a poem dedicated to "our lord Evyatar (b.
