מסמך משפטי בענייני נדל"ן, מתוארך לא' באדר ה'תקכ"ב (1762). השורות הפותחות מציעות תיאור של מיקום הבניין על פי כיווני השמיים העיקריים ומפרטות את המבנים השכנים, ביניהם בית מרחץ (מרחץ / חמאם) הנקרא בערבית-יהודית "חמאם אלסאכרה". סניור[ה] אלמנתו של אהרן סונינא מתגוררת בדירה בתוך הבניין הנדון, והמסמך עוסק בתנאי מגוריה שם. שמה הפרטי של האלמנה משובש במסמך ונכתב בטעות "סיניירו" (סניורו!). מהחתימות נותרה רק חתימת העד אברהם קריספין/קרספין, כאשר חלק נרחב מצדו הימני של המסמך ומחלקו התחתון קרוע וחסר. מתחת לאזור החתימות הראשוני מופיע נוסח קיום בארמית, שלאחריו ככל הנראה הופיעו שלוש חתימות נוספות — כולן חסרות אף הן, למעט חלקיק קטן ממסגרת הקישוט של החתימה האמצעית.

Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document regarding real estate. Dated 1 Adar 5522 AM (1762 CE). The opening lines offer a cardinal direction-based description of a building's location and neighboring structures, one of which is a bathhouse (מרחץ / חמאם), named חמאם אלסאכרה in Judaeo-Arabic. Senyor[a] the widow of Aharon Sonina dwells in an apartment within the building in question and this document deals with the terms of her residence there. The widow's first name is misspelled in the document as Senyoro(!) סיניירו. Only the witness signature of Avraham Krispin/Crespin is extant with much of the right side and lower portion of the document torn away. Below the initial signatures section there is an Aramaic validation clause which was probably followed by three additional signatures, all of which are also missing except for a small portion of the ornamental border from the middle signature.
