מסמך משפטי, בכתב ערבי. חוזה שכירות לבית קטן (דוּוַיְרַה). השוכר הוא בדר בן עלי אל-תִּנִּיסי(?) והמשכיר כנראה דִּהְיָה בן נצר. הערה בגב: 'נגבה מה שבתוכו - שכר שישה חודשים'.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document, in Arabic script. Rental agreement for a small house (duwayra; diminutive of dār). The renter is Badr. b. ʿAlī al-Tinnisī(?) and the rentee is probably Dihya b. Naṣr. A note on the verso reads قبض ما في باطنها اجرة ستة اشهر
