עצומה (תלונה) בעניין סכסוך מסחרי. בכתב ערבי. צד או רשות בשם אלטוסי מוזכר פעמיים. נראה שהמתלונן קיבל חפץ ממישהו עבור אביו, ולכן הביא אותו לחנותו של אביו. האב נפטר לפתע, והסוחרים יחד עם המפקחים (נאט'רין, אולי בהתייחס לפקידי הפיקוח של לשכת הירושות, ראו השוואה לתעודות נוספות בעניין) חתמו את החנות בנוכחות שני עדים על מנת שיוסדרו החשבונות. החותם הוסר לאחר מכן והחנות רוקנה. נראה שהמתלונן הואשם (ואולי אף נעצר) בעקבות תביעה הקשורה לחפץ שקיבל, ששוויו היה 17¼ דינרים. הוא מתעקש על חפותו ומבקש מן הנמען "צדק והגינות" וכן "חקירה של מה שתיארתי". שימוש חוזר בצד השני (verso) עבור סליחות בעברית.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Petition about a commercial dispute. In Arabic script. A party or an authority named al-Ṭūsī is mentioned twice. It seems that the petitioner received an item from somebody for his father, so he brought it to his father's shop. The father suddenly died, and the merchants along with the inspectors (nāẓirīn, possibly referring to the supervisors of the inheritance bureau, cf. T-S K25.240.41 and T-S K25.240.42) sealed up the shop in the presence of two witnesses in order for accounts to be settled. The seal was later removed and the store was emptied out. It seems that the petitioner has been accused (and maybe arrested) due to a claim related to the item that he received that was worth 17 1/4 dinars. He insists he is innocent and asks for "justice and fairness" from the addressee and "an investigation of what I have described." Reused on verso for Hebrew seliḥot.
