מסמך משפטי בכתב ערבי, מתוארך ב-20 בשוואל 741 להג'רה (8 באפריל 1341). ככל הנראה שטר חוב שבו שני אנשים מודים כי הם חייבים 400 דרהם לאדם שלישי. לא ברור אם המסמך חתום או לא. ההערה בפינה השמאלית העליונה של הצד הראשון היא ככל הנראה הערת תיוק. אחד הצדדים הוא מחמד בן עלוי החקלאי (מֻזַארִע) במחוז מ[...] (שורה 2). צד נוסף הוא אלחאג' [...] בן ח'ליפה בן עבד אל-[...]. במסמך מוזכר גם משרד ממשלתי (אלדיואן אלמעמור). הקלף מוחזר לשימוש בשוליים העליונים ובצד הראשון לכתבים שונים אחרים, ובכלל זה שירה דתית ו/או ברכות תנחומים. Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document in Arabic script. Dated: 20 Shawwāl 741 AH = 8 April 1341 CE. Seems to be a debt contract in which two people acknowledged that they owe 400 dirhams to a third person. Unclear if it is signed or not. The note at upper left of recto is probably a filing note. One of the parties is Muḥammad b. علوي the farmer (muzāriʿ) in the district of M[...] (l. 2). Another is al-Ḥājj [...] b. Khalīfa b. ʿAbd al-[...]. Mentions a government bureau (al-dīwān al-maʿmūr). Reused in the upper margin and on recto for various other writings, including religious poetry and/or condolence blessings.
