ורסו (השימוש המקורי): דו"ח ממשלתי, ככל הנראה טיוטה, בכתב ערבי. התיארוך הוא למאה ה-12, על סמך פתיחות הדוחות האופייניות לתקופה זו. בתחתית המסמך נכתב דו"ח נוסף בכיוון הפוך, אך הוא אינו קריא במיוחד. הדוחות עוסקים באספקת תוצרת חקלאית (אלע'לה), ככל הנראה תוצרת השייכת למדינה. רקטו: תרגול כתיבה. כתב יד בסגנון לשכת הסופרים (chancery), עם רווח רחב בין השורות. תלמיד או מתאמן העתיק כל שורה במרווח שבין השורות (לדוגמה דומה ראו אצל רוסטוב, Lost Archive, עמ' 222). הטקסט מזכיר אישיות רמת מעלה אשר "לנו ולמוסלמים יש בו תועלת גדולה" (ולנא וללמסלמין בה נפע כביר). כמו כן מוזכר "צ'אמן מכס במצר" (הממונה על המכס בפוסטאט). דרוש עיון נוסף.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Verso (original use): A state report, most likely a draft, in Arabic script. Dating: 12th C because of report openings. Another report is written inversely at the bottom of the document, but is not very readable. Reports on the delivery of produce (al-ghalla), most likely state produce. Recto: Scribal practice. Chancery-esque hand, wide space between the lines. A learner has copied every line in the space between the lines (cf. a similar example in Rustow, Lost Archive, p. 222). Refers to some dignitary in whom "we (=the Jews?) and the Muslims have great benefit" (ولنا وللمسلمين به نفع كبير). Also mentions "ḍamin maks bi-miṣr" (overseer of the customs in Fusṭāṭ). Needs further examination.
