המסמך נפתח בארבע שורות דהויות מסופו של טקסט העוסק בבעיה הלכתית, ומסתיים בביטוי "ישע רב" — ביטוי האופייני לשלמה בן יהודה. שבע השורות הנותרות, בכתב יד שונה, מהוות מכתב הדן במעמדם של יתומים, וכוללות פרשנות ראויה לציון לבבא מציעא ע ע"א ולערכין רכ"ט שבתלמוד הבבלי. בצד השני: ויקרא ח, ט-יא וח, ד-ו, עם השם יוסף הכתוב בשוליים בכתב יד אחר.
Princeton Geniza Project description: The document begins with four faint lines from the end of a text concerning a halakhic problem and ends with the expression ישע רב , characteristic of Shelomo ben Yehuda. The remaining seven lines of text, in a different hand, constitute a letter dealing with the status of orphans and contain a noteworthy interpretation of Babylonian Talmud Baba Metsia 70a and Arakhim 229.
