Princeton Geniza Project description: Accounts in Judaeo-Arabic. Late. Mentioning a particularly diverse array of Muslim, Jewish, and Christian names: Gorgos Bāshār (pronounced Guirguis?), Manṣūr Dokāra(?) (דוכארא), Lūtfī Nimr, Avraham Serano/Serrano, among others. One of the wealthiest merchants of eighteenth-century Cairo was named Avraham Serrano, but it is unclear from these accounts if they mention the same person as: Bodl. MS heb. c 27/87 (PGPID 19319). See also: JRL B 2773 (PGPID 28489). Requires further examination. MCD.
