מקור: מכתב או צו רשמי בכתב ערבי. הכתיבה גדולה ובמרווחים רחבים בין השורות. שמורים סופיהן של 8 שורות. הסגנון נמלץ ורם, ונראה שיש בו התייחסות לאנשים שסטו מן הדרך באופן כפרני (חרגו מ[...]), שבחים לאלשיח' צברה(?), ואזכור של ציות להוראה (מתאבעתהא ואלעמל במרסומהא — "ההיענות לה והפעולה לפי מה שנגזר בה").
Princeton Geniza Project description: Original use: Official letter or decree in Arabic script. Written in large letters wide space between the lines. The ends of 8 lines are preserved. Elevated register, possibly referring to people who heretically left the path of [...] and praising al-shaykh Sabra(?) and referring to obeying an order (متابعتها والعمل بمرسومها).
