מכתב שנשלח מפוסטאט או קהיר אל מנהיגי הקהילה בדמיאט, יצחק בירב וצדקה הכהן. מתוארך למחצית הראשונה של המאה ה-16. במכתב מוזכרים גם אברהם בן שאנג'י ומשה דמוהי. המידע מבוסס על תעתיק והערות של אברהם דוד, שמספק גם פרשנות מפורטת על האישים הנזכרים במכתב. ראו גם את המהדורה של דותן ארד מתוך עבודת הדוקטורט שלו (עמ' 353).
