Would depend on the next word, now missing); "lubb fustuq"—pistachio kernel; "yusḥaq wa-yunkhal wa-yuʿjan"—crush it and strain it and knead it; "wa-yuʿjan thāniyatan"—knead it again; "ṣamgh ʿarabī"—gum arabic.
