הסכם שותפות מקהיר, מתאריך אב התקנ"ו (1796 לספירה), בין אליהו פלומבו, יעקב רקח ומרקאדו חובה(?). בגוף המסמך מצוינים גם שני שותפים שאינם יהודים, ובהערה מתחת לאזור החתימות מצוין שותף שלישי שאינו יהודי. שלושת השותפים הלא-יהודים הם: שחאתא, הסוחר אבראהים(?) אלממלוכ והסוחר עֻמר אלסרّאג'. הקופה המשותפת של השותפות גבוהה במיוחד, ובגוף המסמך היא מסתכמת ב-183,000 מַדִין (36,000 + 36,000 + 36,000 + 48,000 + 27,000). ההערה הנוספת מציינת כי השותף השישי, עֻמר אלסרّאג', תרם 700 ריאלים. הסופר מאיר בן-נעים מציין כי במעמד עריכת המסמך הופקו שלושה עותקים שלו.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Partnership agreement between Eliyyahu Palombo, Yaʿaqov Reqaḥ, and Merkado Ḥūba(?) (חובה), from Cairo, dated 1796 CE (Av 5556 AM). The main text of the document also names two non-Jews as partners and the note below the signatures section names a third non-Jewish partner, specifically: Shaḥata, the merchant Ibrahim(?) al-Mamlūk, and the merchant ʿUmr al-Sarrāj. The common purse of the partnership is rather high, in the main text totaling to 183,000 medin (36,000 + 36,000 + 36,000 + 48,000 + 27,000). The addendum note mentions that the sixth partner, ʿUmr al-Sarrāj, contributed 700 reales. The scribe Meʾīr Ben-Naʿīm notes that three copies of the document were issued at the time of its recording.
