קטע ממכתב, ככל הנראה. נשתמרו שתי השורות האחרונות ושלוש חתימות. הפורמט נראה כשל מסמך משפטי, אך הוא מסתיים במילים "מאת חפצי שלומך/בריאותך", דבר המרמז שמדובר דווקא במכתב. מתוארך לחשוון שנת 5358 לבריאת העולם (שנת משיח) = אוקטובר/נובמבר 1597 לסה"נ. בתחתית מופיעה תוספת (או תשובה?) הנוגעת לסכום הכסף שכנראה היה נושא המכתב.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter fragment, probably. The last two lines and three signatures survive. The format looks like a legal document, but it ends "from those who wish you peace/health," suggesting that it is rather a letter. Dated Heshvan 5358 AM (שנת משיח) = October/November 1597 CE. There is a postscript (or response?) underneath, regarding the sum of money that must have been the subject of the letter.
