פתק לא רשמי בערבית-יהודית. "ר' נתן ב"ר שלמה הכהן דיבר עם רב[נו?] המעולה, ואמר לו: 'שמעתי שאבו אלפרג' אלג'ב[יילי?] גירש את אשתו בגט.' ברר לי על כך." אבו אלפרג' אלג'ביילי מופיע בכמה מסמכים נוספים מאמצע המאה ה-12.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Informal note in Judaeo-Arabic. "R. Natan b. Shelomo ha-Kohen spoke with Rab[benu?] ha-Meʿulle, and he said to him, 'I heard that Abū l-Faraj al-Jub[aylī?] divorced his wife with a geṭ.' Inquire about this for me." Abū l-Faraj al-Jubaylī appears in several other documents from the mid-12th century.
