עצומה (רקעה) המופנית לווזיר פאטימי בעניין קצבה (רזק) של משפטן (פקיה) שהמבקש היה רגיל לקבל מן הדיוואן המבורך, אשר ניתנה למשפטנים שנרשמו לכך. הסכום שהובטח היה 400 דינר לחודש. טיב הבעיה המדויק הנוגע לקצבה אינו ברור מתוך הטקסט. תיארוך: המחצית הראשונה של המאה השתים-עשרה. בצד השני (verso) של הדף מופיע טקסט בערבית-יהודית העוסק בלוח השנה היהודי. חלק מטקסט זה כתוב גם בצד הפנים (recto), בין שורות 6 ל-8 של המסמך הערבי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Petition to a Fāṭimid vizier concerning an allowance of a jurisconsult, which the petitioner used to receive from the auspicious office, which was to be paid to jurisconsults who registered for it. The amount promised was 400 dinars a month. The exact problem with the allowance is not clear. Dating: First half of the 12th century. The verso contains a Judaeo-Arabic text concerning the Jewish calendar. Part of this text is written also on the recto between lines 6 and 8 of the Arabic document.
