תצהיר משפטי או רישום מבית הדין, בערבית-יהודית. מתוארך לשליש האמצעי של חודש שבט שנת 1434 למניין השטרות, כלומר אמצע ינואר 1123 לספירה — אך התיארוך אינו ודאי, שכן הכתב דהוי מאוד. במסמך משבח יפת בן עלי ומכיר טובה למשה השר בן תקוה(?) ולעלי הלוי בן נתנאל, אשר התערבו למענו אצל הנגיד (אם התיארוך נכון, מדובר במשה בן מבורך). המסמך דהוי מאוד, אך מסתבר שהעניין קשור לבית הכנסת של הארץ-ישראלים וכן ל"קהל המצריים" (קהילת בני קהיר).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal affidavit or court record. In Judaeo-Arabic. Dated: Middle third of Shevat 1434 Seleucid, which is mid-January 1123 CE. But this dating is not certain, because it is very faded. In which Yefet b. ʿEli praises and acknowledges the help of Moshe ha-Sar b. Tiqva(?) and ʿEli ha-Levi b. Netanel, who intervened on his behalf with the Nagid (=Moshe b. Mevorakh, if the dating is correct). The document is very faded, but it appears that the matter has to do with the Palestinian synagogue as well as 'the congregation of the Cairenes.'
