מכתב בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה. ארבע השורות הראשונות בצד הפנים (recto) נראות כשבחים לעוצמתו וכבודו של הנמען. בהמשך מופיעות התייחסויות סתומות ל"כל מי שמתנגד" למישהו. נראה שהמכתב נכתב מטעם הנגיד משה בן מבורך (כיהן בשנים 1112–1126 לסה"נ), שכן בצד האחור (verso) הוא שולח דרישות שלום "וכן קבלוהו משני חמודינו מבורך ויהודה" — אנו יודעים ממסמך אחר ששמות אלו היו שמות בניו של משה. כמו כן מוזכרים בו שני דיינים. ראוי לבדיקה נוספת.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter in the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe. The first four lines of recto seem to be praises for the power and honor of the addressee. Then there are cryptic references to "whoever opposes" someone." Appears to be written on behalf of the Nagid Moshe b. Mevorakh (r. 1112–1126 CE), as he sends greetings on verso "from our two sons Mevorakh and Yehuda" (וכן קבלוהו משני חמודינו מבורך ויהודה); we know from T-S 32.8 (PGPID 1812) that these were the names of Moshe's sons. Also mentions two judges. Merits further examination.
