קטע מחוזה אירוסין הנוגע למשפחה מיוחסת; חמישה דורות בראשות "מופתי גדול", הסמכות ההלכתית-משפטית העליונה. המסמך כולל את שושלת היוחסין (עד חמישה דורות) של ישועה "החתן הנכבד, התלמיד הנבון" בן דניאל "השר הנכבד", וככל הנראה היה אמור להיות מצורף לשטר אירוסין או להיות מועתק לתוכו. ייתכן שמדובר במסמך קראי, שכן הוא כתוב בעברית.
